Happy New Year - January Azza Classes

Happy New Year – almost,

Hope you all had a safe and peaceful Christmas with loved ones, and have got lots of photos we can scrap in 2019.

A couple of you have asked when classes are in January.   I have the following times available in January for beginners / improvers:

The Deco Stencil course, held on the second Saturday of each month, has its last two lessons in Jan '& Feb – this class is full.

Unless otherwise specified, class times are: Morning – 9am to 12noon, Afternoon, 1.30 to 4.30pm, Evening 7pm to 10pm.  Classes are usually 2 ½ -3 hours long with a short break for a brew and look at new products in the middle.

From February I will have set times for classes for the rest of the year.  Please let me know if you are interested in attending regularly, and which days and times would suit you best and I can see if I can work things to suit.  I will look at running a techniques course once a month on a Saturday afternoon for those who have been to a few classes and feel confident to move on and start doing some more decoration on their pages.

What you need:

As always, all you need to bring are your photos – Please see the 'Bunbury Classes' tab above for details on what you need to bring.

Classes are $25, and you will get a ‘stamp’ which can be exchanged for a gift (save your stamps for a higher level gift) or money off your next order over $30.

Last Orders Before Christmas

Merry Christmas!

Just a quick message to let you know about the last ordering dates before the Azza warehouse shuts for their Christmas & New Year break...

Last orders:
placed through me delivered to me in Bunbury:          Saturday 8 December
placed via the website to be delivered direct to you:  Saturday 13 December

Please remember your products are coming from Queensland and take almost 2 weeks normally, so may take a little extra time with all the parcels that are making their way across the country at this time.  You can choose 'Express Delivery' on the website if you are placing orders direct. 

DID YOU KNOW...  you can placed your own orders on the website!  just set up an account (please choose me as your Consultant), and shop away.  Postage costs are dependent on what you order, (so no flat fee), and you can have your items delivered direct to you. 

I'm still happy to pool orders together and have them delivered here - that way you pay a small flat contribution towards the post costs and I do the work, you just have to arrange to collect them.  Perhaps stop by for a cuppa!

Warehouse Christmas holiday: 14 December 2018 - 6 January 2019.

LAST MINUTE IDEAS... and if you get really stuck I am happy to make up a nice gift pack with a voucher that can be used for classes or products.  Treat a friend or drop a hint that it might be what YOU would like in your stocking on Christmas morning.

I'll leave you with a couple of quick pages I've done with the new Celestial template.  It is so lovely to work with - great for photos with large subjects, or when you want to see lots of the photo.

Some of the ladies who come to class have done some great pages with these templates already... I'll put them up on my facebook page in the next couple of weeks so watch out for them.

(Friends and regular class attendees will know I love libraries, these photos where taken in Gladstone's Library in North Wales on a visit to my folks last year, really interesting and very special library... but then I'm biased, lol).

We might squeeze a class in before Christmas... I've got the rellies arriving for Christmas so once I'm all set I'll drop another message here with a date.  Watch this space.

November and December New Products

Christmas is fast approaching and we are celebrating early by introducing our Christmas range in November - so you have it in time for your last minute Christmas cards and the pages you want to make in January.  

It is a bumper edition so do grab a brew and take sometime away from the hussell and bussell of end of year preparations and have a browse.  Just drop me an email if you wish to order, or you can have it delivered to your doorstep by ordering it on line yourself - please don't forget to pop me down as your consultant.  Did you know we can also fulfil international orders?  Tell your friends overseas or surprise them with a crafty Christmas gift.  My next order will go in tomorrow (Wed) night so get in quick if you want it to come to Bunbury for your collection - and save a bit by sharing the post cost.

New October products

Hello everyone,

It's that time of the month again when I have the pleasure of introducing our new products to you...

October has lots to excite your crafting senses... we have a new Azza Scrap (ideal for beginners to our style or scrapping) and no less than THREE new sets of themed products - great for decorations on pages, cards or off the page products.   You will be spoilt for choice... grab a brew, and pen and paper, open the October catalogue in the tab above and settle down for a treat.  Make a note of anything you'd like to see, ask me about or wish to order and enjoy.

To give you just a hint or two, here is the Azza Scrap Unique Moments:

In addition to the reusable template there are ideas & sketch sheets, pages (enough for 16 layouts), a sheet of paper lace and decorative stencil.   You'll be making stunning layouts in no time.

The October Basket is the Water theme - you can buy each of these individually, but you get a 10% discount for purchasing them all together (as a 'basket') and that offer is only available for one month, so get in quick!

This month is a busy one for us at Azza with our Consultants Conference in Queensland mid month.  I'm really looking forward to learning some new techniques and seeing all my colleagues again.  I love getting together, exchanging ideas and having a laugh.   Those of you who have followed this blog for some time will know we have a fancy dress each year, this year is our 10th Birthday, so that is our dress-up theme... photos will be posted.   It is at our conference that we will be finding out what we will be doing with you at our Azza Birthday Retreat in March.  To learn more about that check out the event on my facebook page, or drop me a line and I can send you the details.

Classes will still go ahead in Eaton so do get in touch if you want to book in. There is no chance of adding extra classes this month so places will be limited.

September New Products

Hello everyone,

A new month, a new template!  What a cracker we have for you this month.  Rosette is proving to be a lovely template to use and I'm sure it is going to be popular with new and experienced Azza scrapers alike.  The two new coloured pages are super too and I'm sure will go very well with our sun-burnt country photos.  

The new decoration theme is called 'Medieval', and whilst we don't have much of that particular type of architecture in Australia, I can see them gracing pages with old outback buildings,  as well as European holiday snaps, and the decorative papers are so very versatile. 

I think you'll agree they will be great for those 'male' cards and pages.  That's one of the things I love about Azza, there is a great range of decoration to suit all situations.

I can't believe it was May when I did my last demo at home - doesn't time fly!  I thought it was about time I held another afternoon tea and showed my neighbours and friends what lovely pages and cards I make using Azza products.

This one will be on Sunday 19 August at 2.30pm, at my place in Eaton.

Let me know if you'd like to come along and bring a friend, just so I know how many to cater for, and how many chairs to find!

August New Catalogue, Classes & Competition

Hello everyone,

What wonderful weather we have for staying indoors and scrapping!  "Any excuse" I hear my hubby say, lol.  I've been loving playing with the July template and decorations (see my Orion roll away pages below), and my August decorations.

Catalogues

You'll see on the tabs that I've added the August new products catalogue - and refreshed the link to the main catalogue which was updated in July to include the new products from the first half of the year.   Grab a brew and take a look at the lovely new decoration products - those with cats and dogs will love them, and the weather theme will prove very useful on so many pages.  We expect them to be very popular so don't leave it too long.  Drop me a line if there is anything you'd like to order.  My order will be placed on 18 Aug and should be here before end of August, but if you can't wait you can go direct to the web-shop and place the order yourself, it will be sent direct to you but please put me down as your Consultant so that I can make sure you are looked after.  The web-shop is at https://shop.azzaworld.com.au/.

Then I'm off to the CWA Craft Camp at Geographe from 23 - 26 August... I'll be doing a Demo on the Thursday night and a class there for those who wish, but mostly I'll be playing myself :-) 

Competition
Don't forget about the competition - (I hear there has not been a huge amount of entries so if you get your page in you stand a good chance of winning the exclusive 'money can't buy' template).   Its so easy to enter:
1. create a layout using any Azza stencil and Azza decorative products 
2. photograph or scan your layout

July New Products

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the delay in posting our new products - link on 'July' tab above - I was in Exmouth swimming with the WhaleSharks - lots of lovely photos to scrap courtesy of Ocean-Eco our tour company.  I took lots myself of the gorges and beaches.  Perhaps I'll get round to scrapping them when I have finished my European Adventure photos (from last year!).   

We have Azza Classes on two Saturday afternoons per month now, and one Friday morning, so let me know if you'd like to have a go. 

Our July products include some lovely animal stamps, dies, deco stencils, embossing folders, patterned papers and texture stencils - perfect for adding a special touch to photos of your trip to the zoo or safari - there is also an ideas book to help lift your decoration to the next level. 

For those of you who love doing double pages the Savannah stencil duo (page template) will be a 'must have'.  It has so many possibilities and comes with(or without) a book to help those ideas flow.

Azza New Products for June

Happy June!

I hope you are all staying warm and dry - here in Bunbury we have had a few storms going through and lots of rain.  We are hoping it is heading through to the wheatbelt as I know our farmers need it.

To keep you amused over the winter we have some gorgeous new products.  Mine have just arrived and I'm going to get some pages and cards done this week so you might even get another post with my creations later in the month.    Whilst you are waiting grab a brew and take a look at the new catalogue (see the tab marked 'June' above).  I will be putting an order in on about 19 June so if you'd like anything please do drop me a line, I'm sure there will be lots on your wish list.

The Eclipse set is really wonderful, the template makes very effective single pages, like the Panda page from Ingrid Berthelot, or you can get the page focus and make wonderful swing away pages.

Classes in Bunbury (Eaton) are now up and running so let me know if you want to come along and give it a go.  Don't forget - I provide everything, all you need are your photos.

I'll leave you to dream of all the pages you could create with these great new products - I just gotta go play. :-)

DEMO - and you're invited

Azza New Products Release - May

Hello Scrappers,

What mixed weather we are having!  one minute sunny, next stormy.  Good job I can see the washing line from my craft room - I can be crafting away and run out to retrieve the washing before it gets too wet.

February Update

This year is going so fast, we are in the second half of February and I've just realised that I need to put the February New Products Catalogue for you all to see.  I've done that now so you should see the tab above and be able to click on it to open the flippy book.

Take five, grab a pencil and paper and make a note of anything you'd like.   Drop me an email - I'll be putting an order in this weekend.   I'm loving the 'Marine' template and the pocket pages - you really need to see them to appreciate them, so why not make a time and invite me over for a demo or to run a class for your group?  If you are not near enough to Bunbury to meet up, I'm happy to do a skype with you so you get to see them too.

The new pages colours, paper and inks all complement each other and are great for cardmakers too, just perfect for those elusive 'male' cards.

AZZA CLUB

Hello everyone,

I've just had information that the Azza Club (exclusive products for use with loyalty cards) has been closed.  You have until 8 April 2018 to use any cards you have.

The current products have been included in the sale so are whizzing out the door pretty quickly!  After sale finishes (31 January 2018) there will be a special list of products that you can redeem your cards against.  

Watch this space for the new loyalty program which will start with me at my next class (as soon as my craft room is ready!)

Halfway through our sale and the products are selling out fast - don't forget the Azza Club products are in the sale too, so now is the time to bag a bargain (remember that pink voucher I give out at classes? now's the time to use them).   Take a look, drop me a line and I'll arrange the order for you.  If you are using your Azza Club points only you'll only need to pay for postage, and the products will be sent directly to you.   Some of you chose to lodge the vouchers with me, and they are here safe for you to use - just tell me what you want to spend them on. For those of you who took them home you'll have to dig them out and send them to me with your order, but be quick - the sale ends on 31st January.

It's that exciting time of year when you can stock up on items you may have missed from our catalogue at bargain prices.

More exciting news... HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Yes I know I'm a little late, but I have been busy moving house.   Still in the Bunbury area - but now in Eaton.    The craft room still looks like a removalists nightmare, but I can get to my Azza kit so am available to come to you for a class.  Class days and times will change times once I get sorted - they will be posted here of course so don't forget to check back.

Meanwhile the team at Azza Pacific HQ have been hard at work and have released our January new products, clink on the 'JANUARY' tab to see them all, or call me of course - I have selected products here... somewhere!   Here is a teaser of the new kit - Mosaic,  just gorgeous.  It looks like it will be a great staple to have in your craft stash, it is so versatile.  I can't wait to dig my pack out and have a play.  I feel a whole heap of cards coming on, never mind the scrapbook pages.  These decorations will go with just about any subject.  Loving this theme.

If you had a new years resolution of finishing (or maybe starting) some craft projects, why not set some time aside, just one afternoon a month, come along to a scrap or card class and get crafty.  You'll have fun, meet new friends and get something creative to show for it.
